Ann-Marie Gil is the co-founder of Business Success and is dedicated to helping people and businesses unleash their true potential. She has operated several of her own small businesses as well as working in several small and large businesses.

During her employment she has coached others, unleashing their potential to maximise their results. Using this experience, Ann-Marie’s coaching speciality is in small businesses in the health, service and retail industries and virtual businesses. She also provides Career Coaching.

She helps businesses and individuals to reach their goals whilst being aware of their concerns, challenges and objectives.  Each client is individually coached depending on their needs.

Ann-Marie is formally trained by the International Coaching Academy and a Bachelor of Business (Management Information Systems) Degree has been one of Ann-Marie’s greatest educational achievements.  She has also obtained a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  Recently Ann-Marie completed the A to Z of Exporting with Business SA.  She is very dedicated to her studies.

Her vision is to see a happier world, where people appreciate what is around them with an eternal sense of optimism.   This healthy outlook can be carried through to our work environment, enabling us to feel a lot happier and content in our achievements.

Coaching has come naturally to Ann-Marie in her daily activities, using these skills and her personable nature to help business owners and individuals achieve by removing their inhibitions and reaching for the sky.
