The founder of Business Success, Jose Gil is a professional coach specialising in business and executive coaching. Before becoming a coach, his background in business management has provided the perfect backdrop to develop the steps to business success and other methodologies for helping people and their businesses to solve problems and develop effective solutions.

Jose has many years of experience of working with senior managers and leaders in large corporations and small to medium sized enterprises (SME’s). As a professional coach he values helping organisations and individuals grow and develop through active learning. A strong believer that you can catch a fish for a man and feed him for a day but teach him how to fish and feed him for life.

Coaching in a wide variety of industries he has practical experience in business improvement, sales, marketing, leadership, management, project management and Information Technology. He utilises this extensive experience to assist business owners and executives realise their current and intended performance levels to develop a path to bridge this gap to Business Success. Through coaching he has unleashed business/individual potential to maximise their success.

Jose has successfully turned organisations from dysfunctional cultural entities to profitable operational business centres and individuals to excel in their environments beyond their expectations. Their success is his success.

Recently he had a personal battle with Bowel Cancer of which he has made a full recovery.  During his diagnosis and recovery he used several of his coaching techniques to help him and his family get through those dark and uncertain days. Jose certainly has a very positive mindset which has been proven time and time again and he uses this experience to help others.

ICF MemberJose is formally trained in coaching by the International Coaching Academy and is the current President-Elect for International Coaching Federation of Australasia (South Australian Chapter). He continues to further develop himself recently completing his MBA and now undertaking formal PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.

Jose is a family man with family values and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. His other passions include playing golf, computing and art.
