Program Description

The Leader Efficiency Program is designed to assist leaders working within a business or government agency to be successful in the workplace.  Efficient leaders will inspire good performance, positive culture and high morale.

This program will assist leaders to gain a better understanding of themselves and their habits allowing them to unleash their potential to maximise results.

Individual and Team and Efficiency Programs are also available in this format.

How it Works

Each module of this program has been developed to be dellivered in a half day highly interactive workshop.  During this workshop participants will gain a better understanding of themselves and how to improve their habits to become more efficient.

To further enhance the effectiveness of these workshops each team can choose to undertake "Enabling Sessions" to assist them to become more efficient.  These sessions are optional and are not included in the pricing.

Program Modules

The Effective Leader - Friday 23rd April at 9 am to 1 pm at Westpac House, Adelaide

Analyse your current leadership style and develop strategies to become a more effective leader.

• Evaluate and understand your current leadership habits
• Identify your fears and recognise areas for improvement
• Gain an understanding of the qualities of an effective leader
• Develop strategies to implement effective leadership qualities
• Understand the repercussions of an ineffective leader

The Leader Mindset - Friday 21st May at 9 am to 1 pm at Westpac House, Adelaide

Change the way you think as a leader and bring out the best of yourself and your team

• Evaluate and undertand your current view of being an effective leader
• Understand the traits of an effective leader
• Developing strategies to improve your mindset
• Manage your stress more effecively through your positive mindset
• Access simple yet effective techniques to improve your mindset

Effective Communication - Friday 18th June at 9 am to 1 pm at Westpac House, Adelaide

Maximise your results by becoming an effective communicator with colleagues, teams, customers and suppliers

• Evaluate and understand your current communciation habits
• Understand the importance of effective communication
• Learn the art of effective listening and questioning
• Unleash the potential of effective feedback and reviews
• Use empathy not sympathy when communicating with others

Effective Relationships - Friday 16th July at 9 am to 1 pm at Westpac House, Adelaide

Build positive relationships that result in the peak performance of the people around you

• Evaluate and understand your current relationship habits
• Understand the essentials of an effective relationship
• Identify relationships that require improvement
• Develop strategies to improve relationships
• Maintaining relationships that result in peak performance

Understanding People - Friday 13th August at 9 am to 1 pm at Westpac House, Adelaide

Understand human behaviour to assist in better position placement and career development

• Identify and understand your curent process of evaluating people
• Understand different personality traits including their strengths and weaknesses
• Develop strategies to evaluate people on their merits and strengths
• Effectively place the right people into the the best roles to ensure their success
• Strategies and techniques for successful team building

Culture and Morale - Friday 10th September at 9 am to1pm at Westpac House, Adelaide

Become a productive member of a team and contribute effectively

• Understand the power of positive culture and high morale
• Evaluate and understand the current culture and morale of your work environment
• Understand your own influence on culture and morale
• Identifying other key influencers
• Develop and implement stategies to improve culture and morale

Program Format
