Program Description
The Team Efficiency Program is designed to assist teams working within a business or government agency to be successful in the workplace. Efficient teams are normally more productive, efficient and creative.
This program will assist teams to gain a better understanding of their habits and how effective teams operate to allow them to unleash their potential to maximise results.
Individual and Leader Efficiency Programs are also available in this format.

How it Works
Each module of this program has been developed to be dellivered in a half day highly interactive workshop. During this workshop participants will gain a better understanding of themselves and how to improve their habits to become more efficient.
To further enhance the effectiveness of these workshops each team can choose to undertake "Enabling Sessions" to assist them to become more efficient. These sessions are optional and are not included in the pricing.

Effective Teamwork - Ascertain the characteristics of effective teams and develop rultes for a productive team.

Effective Team Goals - Develop effective team goals that reflet the requirements of the team.

Effective Team Tasks - Understanding the importance of team tasks and their effect on team goals.

Effective Team Communication - Developing and utilising effective communication techniques and tools for the team environment

Program Format
The modules are delivered over a 6 month period (one module per month). Each module consists of a half day workshop of training and interactive activities.
